I have been prominent in Utah business litigation since 1976. I have formed my firm as a "collection" law firm to help creditors recover money to which they are entitled.

I have been practicing law since 1976 and has been active as a member of the Commercial Law League of America which emphasizes commercial collections and creditor's rights. I have served as Treasurer, Secretary, Vice-Chair and Chair of the Western Region of the Commercial Law League of America. I am Board certified as a Creditor's Rights Specialist as certified by the American Board of Certification since 1993, when certification was first offered. I am also a member of the Utah State Bar and Salt Lake County Bar.
